재즈와 뉴뮤직의 새로운 메카로 각광받고 있는 Nonesuch레이블에서 Pat Metheny Group의 94년도 앨범인 [We Live Here]를 리마스터반으로 공개했다. Pat Metheny의 영롱한 Guitar Synthesizer와 함께 변치 않는 그의 파트너, 키보디스트 Lyle Mays, 드러머 Paul Wertico, 베이시스트 Steve Rodby를 중심으로 새롭게 영입한 David Blamires(보컬)와 Mark Ledford(트럼펫), Luis Conte(퍼커션), Dave Samuels(씸벌)등이 섬세하면서도 온화한 크로스오버 재즈 사운드를 구축하며 이듬해 95년 그래미 시상식에서 Best Contemporary Jazz Performance 그룹으로 영예의 자리에 오르기도 했다. 95년도 여름, 국내 첫 내한공연을 했던 이들이 연주한 베스트 트랙 "Here to Stay," "Stranger in Town"등 총 9곡 수록!
